Receipt of customer shipments from suppliers and ensure its integrity and compliance with the requirements of the customer
Follow-up to the shipping company to receive shipments from suppliers
Getting the Certificates of Origin and other required documents for export issued;
Getting documents of Insurance issued (as per required by customers);
notify the customer for all details relating to the movement of shipments from the sending date to the date of delivery by sending text messages to customer phone
Giving full shipment reports of arriving airports/ports;
Follow-up to the arrival of shipments to the airports and ports.
Allocation of employees from the customer service department to follow up on all customer inquiries and reply within 24 hours maximum.
Follow-up to receiving the shipment by customer.
